These terms govern your use of synorix.ai and participation in the Synorix pilot program. By accessing the site or submitting an enrollment request, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description and Beta Status
Synorix is an AI agent operations platform currently offered as a pilot program. During this phase, features and service levels are subject to change. The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, data retention, or feature stability. Participation is voluntary and may be terminated by either party with reasonable notice.
2. User Eligibility and Pilot Enrollment
To enroll, you must be acting on behalf of an organization with legal authority to enter into agreements. Submitting an application does not guarantee access. We review all applications and reserve the right to approve or decline based on fit and capacity. Accepted participants may be asked to execute a separate pilot agreement.
3. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership
SynorixAI OÜ retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, code, and documentation. You retain ownership of all data you provide or process through the platform. Synorix does not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
